My Story

Dr. Alfreda Riley, born and raised in Flint, Michigan. Graduated in '76, from Northern High School. I was married to Mr John Riley jr. for 32 years until he passed in 2011. To that union was born six children, four sons and two daughters. I accepted Christ at the age of 13. I was a member of Holy Ghost Church Ministries over 30 years. Licensed and Ordained in 1993 by Pastor Herman Strong Sr. Under his leadership I taught Sunday and was allowed to bring the word of God on many occasions.

Pastor Strong passed away in 1997.

Under the leadership of Pastor, Dr Robert Burrell I was appointed as the Outreach director, vacation bible school director, Black History Director and the announcement clerk.

In 1997 I was appointed coordinator of the Women's Minister’s Support Group by Rev Dorsella Reynolds. I did community outreach at the Rivervillage apartments for 7 years. We provided delicious meals and ministered to the residents.

I hosted workshops, Sister to Sister Luncheon, over comers conferences, tent meetings in the park. And downtown Riverfront, we provided food and water to the people. I wrote plays and skits and did them in various places around flint.

I further my biblical studies by obtaining  several degrees, in master's and doctorates divinity. I attended Bithlehem Bible Institute and Destiny Bible College International.

I Founded Beyond the Walls Global Outreach Ministries, where I continued taking the gospel beyond the four walls of the church. I hosted radio broadcast  on WFLT 1420 AM radio for over 12 years. I was host of television broadcast on Comcast cable until covid. Im currently hosting the Annual Women's History Celebration Luncheon on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Genesys Conference and Banquet center.

Mission; To reach the lost, comfort the brokenhearted, declare liberty to captives, and encourage all others to go to the next dimension in this life and the Lord.
